“I love this lunch, wholemeal bread. No butter. Smoked salmon. Poached egg & some cucumber.
A touch of salt and pepper and voila!
I purposely avoid adding butter and extra sauces. They taste great but its hidden calories. :)”
“Heres a shot of last weeks dinner.
Really quick and simple dish.
One grilled all purpose seasoned chicken breast.
Half a tin of mixed mexican style beans.
A mix of red & yellow grilled peppers & some grilled cherry tomatoes.
This is a great Gluten Free recipe (my new challenge). High in protein & fibre. But most importantly quick, simple & good for you!
