Lucy Bennett is here to explain how she maintains her AMAZING complexion!

‘Looking after your skin properly can be expensive and time consuming, for example following all of the latest facial trends etc which can still turn out to be ineffective. Therefore I thought I would share my secrets on how to look after your skin easily and effectively so that you can get away without wearing makeup confidently.

If you are wearing makeup then first remove this by using Liz Earle Hot Cloth Cleanser. Do this by rubbing a small amount of the cleanser all over your face before wiping off with a cloth rinsed under hot water. Then use Freederm Exfoliating Scrub by dampening your face and using the scrub all over your face before rinsing off. This cleans deep into pores to prevent spots and blackheads. Dry your face slightly but still leaving a little rub firmly over the face a pea-sized amount of Estee Lauder Idealist Dual-Action Refreshing Trearment. Leave this on for a minute or two before thoroughly rinsing off. After drying your face then pour a small amount of Liz Earle Instant Boost Skin Tonic onto a cotton wool pad and wipe this all over your face in an upward motion. Then take the Liz Earle Normal/Combination Moisturiser and use a small amount all over the face (or avoid the t-zone of you have a more oily complexion, there is also a Light moisturiser available in this range alternatively). Now gently rub a small amount of Liz Earle Daily Eye Repair Cream under each eye. Finally, to get soft lips use a tiny amount of Elizabeth Arden 8 Hour Cream as an intense lip balm. A top tip for reducing the appearance of any spots or blemishes you may have is to use Sudocrem, put a small amount over blemishes before you go to bed and the zinc in the cream helps reduce the redness of spots over night.

I swear by this ritual to get me ready for castings and photo shoots,  so I hope that you find it useful too!’
